A revised request for 38 and 43 storey towers Yonge & 16th

A revised request has been received from Yonge Sixteen LP to amend the Official Plan and the Zoning By-law for lands known as 9251 Yonge Street. The revised applications seek to permit a high density, mixed-use residential/commercial development comprised of 38 and 43 storey towers with a gross floor area of 66,550 square metres (716,338 square feet), a floor space index of 8.77 and 959 residential units on the subject lands.

Previous Revised Request December 4, 2019

A request has been received from Yonge Sixteen LP to amend the Official Plan and Zoning Bylaw for lands known as 9251 Yonge Street to permit a revised high density, mixed-use residential/commercial development comprised of 27 and 29 storey towers with a Gross Floor Area of 46,100 square metres (496,216 square feet), a Floor Space Index of 6.07 and 659 residential units on the subject lands.


Original Request

Applications were previously approved by the Ontario Municipal Board on October 28, 2011 to permit a high density, mixed-use development of 24 and 28 storey towers with a GFA of 40,986 square metres (441,170 square feet), a FSI of 5.4 and 499 residential units.
