11300 Yonge Street (Salvation Army Store plaza) - Schlegel Villages Inc.
proposed revised Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment to permit an eight storey long term care facility and two 10 storey retirement home buildings with at-grade commercial uses.
In December 2020, Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications were submitted to the City to permit a 12 storey residential apartment building containing 277 dwelling units and 57 three-storey townhouse dwelling units subsequently, the lands were sold and on March 16, 2022, the current owner submitted the subject revised development proposal to the City.

to facilitate a high density mixed-use development comprised of three buildings, 22, 25 and 37 storeys, containing a total of 922 residential units
How You Can Participate in Council Meetings
The public can observe meetings of Council and Committees by attending in-person or by viewing the livestream of the open session part of these meetings.
Public Comments: The public may submit written correspondence regarding agenda items by email to clerks@richmondhill.ca. Written correspondence must be submitted by 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
Delegations: No prior registration is required to make an in-person Delegation, but is encouraged. Prior registration is required should the public intend to make an electronic delegation by video conference or telephone. Applications to appear as a delegation must be submitted by 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting can be submitted by email to clerks@richmondhill.ca or by using the on-line application form. The Office of the Clerk will provide instructions on appearing as a delegation.
