Request for Comments – Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment Applications - 9218 Yonge Street (South West corner Carrville and Yonge)
The applicant is currently seeking Council’s approval of Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications to permit the construction of two apartment buildings, 42 and 36 storeys in height and connected by a six storey podium, to contain a total of 796 residential units and 697 parking spaces
The developer already had OMB approval to build in 2017 but they came back in 2021 with a revised proposal which is significantly higher and denser than the original plan.

Public Comments: The public may submit written correspondence regarding agenda matters by email to clerks@richmondhill.ca. Written correspondence must be submitted by 12 p.m. Wednesday March 30th. Comments submitted will be provided to all Members of Council, considered as public information and noted in the public record.
Delegations: No prior registration is required to make an in-person Delegation, but is encouraged. Prior registration is required should the public intend to make an electronic delegation by video conference or telephone. Applications to appear as a delegation must be submitted by 12 p.m. Wednesday March 30th by email to clerks@richmondhill.ca or by using this on-line application form. The Office of the Clerk will provide instructions on appearing as a delegation.
