Agenda Items Include:
Continuation of Electronic Council and Committee Meetings after COVID-19
That Council provide direction on the continued use of electronic Council and Committee meetings following the lifting of all COVID-19 restrictions.
Option 1 – Maintain the current direction and end electronic participation for all Council and Committee meetings when the last of the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted
Option 2 – Continue to provide the opportunity for electronic meeting participation indefinitely
Member Motion - Regional and Local Councillor Perrelli - Indigenous Welcome Centre
That staff be authorized to take all steps necessary to facilitate the rental agreement between the City and Indigenous Action Committee (IAC) for a 1 year pilot project at the Eyer Homestead

Member Motion - Regional and Local Councillor Perrelli - Pickleball Courts in Richmond Hill
That staff be authorized to take all steps necessary to install 20 pickleball courts by the end of the year
Member Motion - Regional and Local Councillor Perrelli - Soccer Bubble in Richmond Hill
That staff be authorized to take all steps necessary to install an artificial turf, 11 v. 11, with bubble for all year use by the end of the year

Public Forum: Any person who wishes to speak to Council on a matter not on the agenda must pre-register with the Office of the Clerk by 12 p.m. Tuesday March 8th by email to clerks@richmondhill.ca or by using the on-line form. Public Forum will be by video conference via the internet or telephone only. A maximum of five persons will be allowed to register for the Public Forum on a first come first serve basis.
