Any city worth its salt and worth the admiration of citizens and visitors alike, should consider the question of CHARACTER. What is the character of the city of Richmond Hill? The 'feel' of the city that makes people want to be here. Character takes time to develop - let's not RUSH into a BUILD, BUILD, BUILD mentality which is all about the almighty $$$ at the expense of a more long-lasting goal of creating a really beautiful city with CHARACTER!
