On the Agenda:

A request for comments concerning a revised proposal to build of two residential apartment buildings with heights of 19 storeys and 16 storeys that are to be connected by a five storey
podium and at-grade townhouses, with a combined total of 352 dwelling units at 9675, 9697 and 9699 Yonge Street (Mister Transmission/Mr. Lube location just north of Clarissa).
The proposal is also to include an attached two storey retail/commercial podium
along Yonge Street which is to contain an Audi automobile sales dealership.

The second item on the agenda is a request for comments concerning Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications to permit a mid-rise residential development comprised of two eight-storey apartment buildings to contain a total of 255 residential dwelling units at 45 Observatory Lane (east of Marshall Street).
