A Public Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, June 29, 2020 immediately following the conclusion of the Special Meeting of Council scheduled for Monday, June 29, 2020 at 7:30 PM to notify the public and receive comments on the application that has been received by the City.

A request has been received from Richmond Hill Honda to amend the Official Plan for lands known as 0 Ultimate Drive to permit a development comprised of a two-storey motor vehicle sales establishment with a gross floor area of 3,716.12 square metres (40,000 square feet), and includes a show room, office space and automobile service centre and 229 associated parking spaces on the subject lands.
A request has been received from Quarre Properties Inc., Heartland (Seven) Limited and Orlando Corporation to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law for lands known as 0 Orlando Avenue and 0 Brodie Drive
The Official Plan Amendment application seeks to permit three automobile dealerships on the subject lands. Each dealership is proposed to be comprised of a two-storey motor vehicle sales establishment. Building ‘A’ is proposed to consist of a gross floor area (GFA) of 3,151.74 square metres (33,925 square feet) with 304 associated parking spaces, Building ‘B’ consists of a GFA of 2,485.44 square metres (26,753 square feet) with 200 associated parking spaces, and Building ‘C’ consists of a GFA of 3,000.3 square metres (32,295 square feet) with 205 associated parking spaces. Each dealership will include a show room, office space and automobile rental and service repair centre on the subject lands.
