A Public Meeting (virtual) is scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 7:30 PM to notify the public and receive comments on the following application that has been received by the City. See agenda here.

Items include:
A request has been received from Yeda Major Mackenzie Inc. in regards to 58 Major Mackenzie Drive West to permit a five storey residential building comprised of 33 dwelling units with a FSI of 1.64 and 64 parking spaces.
A request has been received from 2051984 Alberta Ltd. to amend the Zoning By-law for lands known as 170 Lucas Street to facilitate the construction of a semi-detached dwelling on the subject lands.
A request has been received from 20 Maple Grove Ltd. to amend the Zoning By-law and for lands known as 20 Maple Grove Avenue to permit a residential development comprised of thirteen (13) single detached dwelling lots, in addition to the extension of a public road (Carmela Avenue).
The meeting will be held using electronic video conference technology. Any person, who wishes to make a verbal presentation is required to do so electronically and is required to register with the Office of the Clerk by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the date of the meeting. Registrations can be submitted by email to clerks@richmondhill.ca. The Clerk will provide any such person with instructions on how to make their electronic delegation.
