Developer buys entire Aurora neighbourhood

Is this what's next for established neighbourhoods in Richmond Hill?

Rumour has it that Treasure Hill Homes has bought an entire enclave of prestigious estate homes located in the Bayview and Vandorf Sideroad area of Aurora at a cost of $48 million.

Supposedly the 14 homeowners were offered an average of $3 million for their homes and can live in them rent free for the next 2 years.

As Richmond Hill gets built out will developers start looking at entire neighbourhoods to re-develop?

With the push for high-density development in Richmond Hill it's a distinct possibility that this could happen.
