New Development Application 42 and 36 storeys at Yonge & Carrville

A request has been received from 9218 Yonge Street Incorporated to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law for 9218 Yonge Street.


The applications propose a high-density mixed-use development comprised of two buildings, 42 and 36 storeys connected by a six storey podium, containing a total of 796 residential units as well as at-grade commercial uses and 697 parking spaces.
