New development application for 9651 Yonge for 3 towers

A request has been received from 1246652 B.C. Ltd. to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law for 9651 Yonge Street (Shoppers Drug Mart Plaza north of Clarissa) to permit a high density residential/commercial development comprised of three towers, 20, 18 and 18 storeys, connected by two six storey podiums, a combined total of 610 residential units, 750 parking spaces.
