The City of Richmond Hill has received the following applications under the Planning Act:

City Files: D01-20004 and D02-20010
A request has been received from Sabella Ridge Estates Inc.to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law for lands known as 10684 and 10692 Yonge Street. The applications seek to permit a high density residential development comprised of a 28 storey rental apartment building consisting of 284 residential units, 273 parking spaces, a gross floor of 22,307 square metres (240,115 square feet) and an FSI of 4.3 on the subject lands.

A request has been received from ZONIX DEVELOPMENTS INC.to amend the Zoning By-law and for approval of a draft Plan of Subdivision for lands known as 47 Elm Grove Avenue. These applications seek to permit a residential development comprised of three (3) single detached dwelling units, in addition to the creation of a new public road.
