Request for Comments – Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment Applications for the development of three residential apartment buildings, one 20 storey tower and two 18 storey towers with a total of 610 units.


Note: There is also a development proposal pending right next to 9651 Yonge at the Mister Transmission/Mr. Lube plaza to build of two residential buildings with heights of 19 storeys and 16 storeys with a combined total of 352 units. View report here
