A number of objections re 8 storey building at Bayview/Cartier

Below is a synopsis of the 3 applications being presented. Additional information on each application is attached to the agenda.

An 8 storey building for 122, 124 and 126 Cartier Crescent. (Bayview just south of Crosby)
The applicant is seeking an increase in the maximum permitted density from 50 units per hectare (20 units per acre) to 451 units per hectare (183 units per acre); and, an increase to the maximum building height from 4 storeys to 8 storeys.

112 single detached dwelling units, 12 semi-detached dwelling units and 35 townhouse dwelling units for the Jefferson Sideroad/Harris Avenue area
A request for comments concerning proposed Zoning By-law Amendment and revised draft Plan of Subdivision applications

A zoning By-law amendment request for 93 Edward Avenue
The applicant is seeking Council’s approval to facilitate the conversion of the existing one-storey building to be used for a private school use (associated with the adjacent TMS Elgin Mills Campus) for a temporary period on the subject lands
