The applicant obtained Site Plan approval in January 2021 to facilitate its development proposal comprised of 316 townhouse dwelling units and 284 apartment dwelling units within two 10-storey buildings on its land holdings. The approved development is
currently under construction on the subject lands (refer to Map 5).
The applicant is now seeking to increase the permitted height of one approved
apartment building (Building “B”) from 10 to 14 storeys.
