Real estate board urges Richmond Hill to fix restrictive open house sign bylaw

Councillor Carmine Perrelli put forth the motion to not permit realtor or brokerage identification information on open house signs which according to TREB put members at odds with the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002, which requires them to display their identification information on any advertisements.
