Permanently Eliminating the Green/Blue Bin Replacement Fee - Motion passed albeit Perrelli voted against his own motion and it wasn't clear why
Households who paid the exchange fee between now and June 22, 2021 will receive refunds limited to a maximum of 2 bins
Due to COVID restrictions there were no bin exchanges between Jan 1, 2021 and June 21, 2021.

Member Motion - Regional and Local Councillor Perrelli - Permanently Eliminating the Green/Blue Bin Replacement Fee
As advertised far and wide this motion is to remove the Green/Blue Bin Replacement Fee ($8.45)
Note it was Councillor David West who initially brought forth the motion to eliminate the bin exchange fee on November 10, 2020 however the majority of council including Perrelli voted against doing so.
