Revised request to amend Zoning By-law-189 Carrville Road

A revised request has been received from Libang Developments amend the Zoning By-law and for approval of a draft Plan of Subdivision for lands known as 159, 169, 177, 181 and 189 Carrville Road. The revised applications seek to permit a medium density residential development comprised of 36 townhouse dwelling units serviced by a private laneway.
