RH Windrow Clearing

The new $4.38M windrow clearing initiative to clear the snow at the end of all residential driveways in RH was suspended before any windrow clearing occured because “It appears the FREEZING TEMPERATURES have caused some hydraulic problems”.

The first windrow clearing should have started this week after the big storm. “The manufacturer has order the replacement parts and staff will work with them to change out the affected parts on all 35 windrow loaders.” It is expected to be corrected in the next few days.

Not a great start for this new initiative.
