A Richmond Hill Public Meeting has been scheduled on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at 6:30 p.m., to notify the Public and receive comments to permit additional residential units (secondary suites) in homes and ancillary structures i.e. garages.
The intent of this amendment is to bring Official Plan 2010 and the Zoning By-law into conformity with Provincially legislated requirements and to facilitate housing diversity.
