Since the big storm last Monday there have been many conversations about the snow windrow clearing program that Richmond Hill provides. How much does it cost? How does it work? Why isn't my windrow cleared yet?

The snow windrow clearing begins after road plows begin their routes and may take up to 13 hours to complete after the end of a snowfall. Times may vary depending on the length of the storm, snow accumulation and time of day. Needless to say after the last big snowfall you can expect that there will be and were delays in getting the windrows removed.
