Special Richmond Hill Council meeting re Perrelli Lawsuit

Richmond Hill Council has posted a Special Council Meeting for Tuesday July 26th at 1:30pm to discuss the lawsuit brought forth by Councillor Perrelli against the City of Richmond Hill regarding the $140,000 that he owes the City for his Blue Bin Event.

Perrelli's lawsuit was amended on July 15, 2022 to include the claims regarding the 90 day pay suspension meted out by Council at the July 6, 2022 Council meeting in response to the Integrity Commissioners Investigation report concerning complaints by City staff against Councillor Perrelli.


This is a Closed Session Meeting but residents are allowed to give delegations and submissions before Council goes into closed session.

Due by noon Monday July 25.

Delegations can be in person, or electronically by video conference or telephone. The Office of the Clerk will provide instructions on appearing as a delegation.
