Interim Report on the Community Energy & Emissions Plan (CEEP). Recommendation that the Draft Community Energy & Emissions Plan be prepared based on a proposed reduction target of Net Zero GHG emissions by 2050.
REFFERED BACK TO STAFF TO ADDRESS CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS RAISED BY COUNCIL
(For Perrelli, Chan, Barrow, Lui, Cilevitz, West, Beros Against DiPaola, Muench)
The applications to permit a mixed use high density residential purpose built rental development at 9251 Yonge Street (Yonge & 16th) for a 38 and a 43 storey tower with 962 residential units.

Member motion by Councillor Beros to allow the use of temporary car shelters on front driveways on Delphinium Avenue in Oak Ridges. 87.5% of residents on Delphinium Ave have signed a petition and are in favour of temporary car shelters.
All other motions passed on consent.
