At the upcoming Council Public Meeting on January 22nd at 7:30pm the following proposed development items are coming forward:
Ward 4 (West) along Canyon Hill Ave. and Yonge Str. a request to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a high density mixed-use residential/commercial development comprised of four (4) towers ranging in height from 25 to 29 storeys.
Ward 2 (Muench) request to amend the Zoning By-law for 152, 160, 166, 172 and 178 Major Mackenzie Drive East and 123 Ruggles Avenue to permit a medium density residential development comprised of 35 back-to-back townhouse dwelling units.
Ward 4 (West) Request to amend the Zoning By-law for 292 Elgin Mills Road West to permit a medium density residential development comprised of 4 semi-detached dwelling units and 5 townhouse dwelling units.
