What's coming up at the March 24th Public Meeting?

There are two items on the agenda for the March 24th Richmond Hill Council Public Meeting


The Public Meeting is to notify the public and received comments on the following applications that have been received by the City.


One is the proposed development at Major Mackenzie West and Arnold Cres. for four apartment buildings ranging in height from 10 to 19 storeys with at-grade townhouse dwelling units along Arnold Crescent, and a combined total of 790 dwelling units.


The second is a proposal at Oneida Cres. and Red Maple Rd. for four residential buildings between 25 to 37 storeys in height with a combined total of 1518 units.


Any person, may attend the meeting and/or make written or verbal representation either in support of or in opposition to the proposed Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment. Written comments by any person unable to attend the meeting should be made by email to clerks@richmondhill.ca, and is to be received no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Wednesday, March 24, 2021.
