13.3 Asset Management Plan (AMP)
The purpose is also to provide an overview of the AMP that summarizes the City’s state of the infrastructure, service levels, asset management strategies, and financial investment needs for its Core+ assets
13.5 Request for Approval – Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment for the Lake Wilcox Special Policy Area
Presently, the Lake Wilcox Special Policy Area (SPA) is an area located in a flood plain along the north shore of Lake Wilcox and west of Yonge Street along King Road.
In accordance with the Provincial Policy Statement, no development is permitted within a flood plain.
However, in special circumstances, the Province has allowed for development to continue and new development to occur.
This special circumstance was granted to the City in 1995 for the Lake Wilcox area when Official Plan Amendment 129 was approved and this area was identified as an SPA.
13.6 Municipal Elections - Voting Methods; Compliance Audit Committee; and Use of Corporate Resources Policy
To recommend, following a successful 2020 By-election conducted using only Internet Voting, that Council authorize the City Clerk, beginning with the 2022 Municipal Election
To conduct regular municipal and school board elections using either optical scan vote tabulators (with paper ballots), or both tabulators and Internet Voting; and, to conduct municipal and school board By-elections using either tabulators or both tabulators and Internet Voting.
This report also recommends the process to establish the 2022 to 2026 Compliance Audit Committee, as well as minor amendments to the Use of Corporate Resources for Election Campaign Purposes Policy.
Is this closed session to do with Councillor Muench's motion below from May 26th forcing Mayor Barrow to retire or provide a return to work date?
On February 24th Council approved Mayor Barrow's extended medical leave knowing that the Mayor was not able to give a date of return and that it could extend past 3 months.

Public Forum will be by video conference via the internet or telephone only. A maximum of five persons will be allowed to register for the Public Forum on a first come first serve basis.
